How do I access my order?
Thank you so much for shopping with The Literacy Loft! π Every resource is a digital download, so nothing will come in the mail. Here's how to get your files anytime.
If a file you bought is ever updated, you'll get an email so you can redownload the new version at no extra charge.
π Option 1: Download right after checkout
Your download buttons appear on the thank-you page as soon as you check out. Just click Download beside each product.
π Option 2: Download from your email
- Look for an email with the subject π₯ Your files from The Literacy Loft are ready!
- Click the Download button beside each product.
Can't find it? Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder, or search your inbox for "Literacy Loft." You'll also get an order confirmation email. Click View your order in that one to see your downloads too.
π Option 3: Download from your account (anytime!)
Your account was created automatically when you checked out, so you don't need a password.
- Go to Sign in to my account, or click the little person icon in the top right corner of the shop.
- Enter the email you used at checkout. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Type it in and you're signed in!
- Click on your order number.
- Click the link or Download button beside the product.
π€ Having trouble?
I'm not getting the email or the sign-in code.
Check spam, junk, and promotions. School email accounts often filter or hold outside emails, so if you checked out with your school email and nothing arrives, that's usually why. Sign-in codes expire after a few minutes, so request a new one if it's been a while.
My file won't open.
Some resources download as a .zip file. School Chromebooks and iPads sometimes can't open .zip files, so try downloading on a computer, or email us and we'll help.
How do I get the digital (Google) version?
The digital links are inside your downloaded file. Click the link while you're signed in to your Google account, and you'll get your own copy to use and assign.
A link inside my file isn't working.
Email us the name of the resource and we'll send you a working link right away.
I'm a TLL Member. Where are my resources?
Membership resources live inside the membership, not in this shop. Log in at theliteracyloftmembership.com. No need to purchase them here!
